Granite

Definition
Granite is an igneous rock composed of quartz, mica and feldspar crystallized in the form of grains visible to the naked eye. Very wear and weather-resistant, it is ideal for flooring, façades and staircases. It is used both inside and outside, and is very resistant to heat.

Because it is a natural material on which man has no control, color as well as its particle size may vary. Its inherent characteristics enable it to meet the highest aesthetic and environmental requirements. In addition to the image of durability, quality and prestige it projects, it is often more affordable than you think.

Although highly resistant to impact, scratches and wear, it is a natural product and thus not waterproof. Fatty foods may leave a stain, while water is not a problem because it dries out and leaves no trace.

Maintenance
Its ease of maintenance makes this material an excellent choice for kitchens and bathrooms. Avoid cutting food directly on the counter so as not to scratch the surface. For daily maintenance, use non-abrasive common household products or a mixture of water and vinegar..
